As a licensed REALTOR® and avid Investor Kristopher provides real estate services across middle Tennessee, his focus on the Nashville market and its urban core.
A career spanning more than a decade creating, building, and operating hospitality driven, food & beverage destinations in San Francisco, lay the foundation for his real estate business today. A focus on education, integrity, honesty and hard work led him to pivot careers after working alongside some of the top independent real estate investors and developers in San Francisco for years. He very quickly learned the true value of what real estate can mean for an individual and a family.
A decade of business experience managing teams of people, construction, investor relations, lease negotiation, operation & development have left him perfectly suited to handle all aspects of your real estate needs. Kristopher is a graduate of San Francisco State University’s Lam Family College of Business with an emphasis in Marketing & Consumer Behavior. He was awarded VILLAGE Real Estate "Rookie of the Year" 2019. He has been a multi-million dollar producer every year thanks to the trust of his client family. He’s also a terrible golfer with a passion for his dog Kevin, lake days, food, wine, music and anything and everything real estate.
